We are a platform for individuals and business owners where by they can request Pick Up & Delivery / Labor services for private party purchases (facebook marketplace/craigslist, etc.), retail store purchases as well as simple labor services. We are an Uber style business model for the small item moving space.
We would like to say "there is nothing we will not move"…but frankly we must adhere to smart moving practices and being selective on the value of items we move. Please let us know if you have a unique item and we will discuss how to service your needs.
At this time please Call/Text/Email a few key details like: 1.) The pickup/delivery addresses, 2.) Pictures of your items, 3.) When you would like your pick up & delivery completed by. If we have enough information, a quote for services will be sent. If you accept it, we will notify our valet/movers and they will contact you directly to proceed.
Absolutely. Please call with any and all questions or concerns. During the move you will also be able to be in constant contact with your actual valet/mover from start to finish as well as a customer service representative.
A Valet/Mover who has completed our background checks and has studied moving industry procedures & videos. They will be uniformed, polite and professionals who typically have experience in the customer service sector. Many have valet parking experience where by they were entrusted with individuals $50,000-$200,000+ vehicles.
Absolutely. We can even arrange for a pickup without you being present. Customers simply send us a copy of their receipt and we send out a mover to pick up their items.
Absolutely. Call/Text/Email your request and we will immediately begin working to accommodate your needs at your convenience.
You DO NOT. With the appropriate information provided, we can make contact with the seller/retailer. We will text confirm when we arrive. We take pictures of your items prior to moving as well as picture the item in a designated delivery location.
We charge a nominal fee for services. Pricing depends on the item(s), distance traveled, stairs, # of valet/movers, type of vehicle needed, etc. NPD will provide a guaranteed quote based on the information you provided. It’s a locked in price prior to beginning the service process.
If there are additional items or other variables NOT originally listed that take additional time or effort such as flights of stairs, disassembly, etc. our customer service may need to adjust the quote for service. If acceptable, we will proceed. If you choose not to continue, there will be a standard cancellation charge.
You may if you desire. We certainly do no require it yet greatly appreciate it. We certainly do encourage you to if you are completely satisfied with the service you received.
Yes we can. It will depend on the item and available assembler. Please note that assembly needed when requesting services.
Once linked up with a valet/mover, they will inspect and take pictures prior to moving your item, when secured in the transportation vehicle and after delivered for everyone's piece of mind. If damage is found we ask that you document the incident and please contact our claims department immediately. NPD will facilitate the repair, replacement and refund as remedies. Note the valet/mover/helper is 100% responsible for damages to your items or other property.
If you cancel your schedule move prior to a valet/mover notifying you they are in route, there will NOT be a cancellation fee.
If your scheduled move is cancelled after our valet/mover has confirmed an eta there will be a $25 charge for each mover.
If your valet/mover arrives and the item is not as stated and or there are additional variables not originally listed (like additional flights of stairs or additional time needed) and an amended quote is not accepted then there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the original quote assessed.
Our goal is to acquire appropriate info for our quote and for the valet/movers who may accept the job.
